§1 SUBJECT OF THE REGULATIONS

  1. The Regulations define the rules for the provision of services, liability and staying on the premises of the Apartments and are an integral part of the agreement, which is concluded by signing the registration card, as well as by making a reservation or paying an advance or the entire amount due for the stay at the Apartments Stary Port. By performing the above actions, the Guest confirms that he/she has read and accepts the terms of the Regulations.
  2. The agreement for the provision of services is concluded with “Azja Partner Natalia Zimon-Mozgała”, Ul. Długa 25, 85-034 Bydgoszcz, NIP: 953-24-92-936.
  3. The Regulations apply to all Guests staying on the premises of the Apartments Stary Port.
  4. The Regulations are available for inspection in each apartment, as well as on the website www.apartamentystaryport.pl

 

§2 HOTEL DAY

  1. The apartment is rented for hotel days.
  2. The hotel day lasts from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. the following day.
  3. The Guest should report a request to extend the hotel day as soon as possible. The accommodation facility may not accommodate the request to extend the stay if all accommodation places (apartments) are used or if Guests do not comply with the applicable regulations.
  4. The accommodation facility reserves the right to refuse to extend the Guest’s stay in the Apartments if the full payment for the stay has not been made in advance.

 

§3 BOOKING AND CHECK-IN

  1. The basis for checking in the Guest is to show the employee an ID with a photo and sign the registration card.
  2. Only registered guests may stay in the apartments. The Guest may not transfer or make the apartment available to third parties, even if the period for which he paid the fee for the stay has not expired. Otherwise, the Guest will pay a fee of PLN 150 for each day of their stay for the stay of an unregistered person, the Accommodation facility may charge the Guest’s credit card.
  3. The accommodation facility may refuse to accept a Guest who has violated the Regulations during a previous stay, in particular by causing damage to the property of the apartments or the property of the Guests, damage to the person of the Guest, the employees of the accommodation facility or other persons staying at the facility.
  4. The accommodation facility reserves the right to collect a pre-authorization of the credit card upon check-in or to collect a cash deposit in the amount of the fee for the entire stay.
  5. In the event of a guest not showing up on the day of arrival at the Old Port Apartments or in the event of cancellation of the reservation made, the advance payment will not be refunded.
  6. In the event of a Guest canceling their stay during the hotel day, the accommodation facility will not refund the fee for the given hotel day.

 

§4 SERVICES

  1. In the event of any reservations regarding the quality of services, the Guest is asked to report them immediately, which will allow the employees to improve the standard of the services provided.
  2. The Stary Port Apartments Accommodation Facility provides Guests with:
  3. conditions for full and unrestricted rest,
  4. safety of stay, including the safety of maintaining the confidentiality of information about the Guest,
  5. courteous service
  6. cleaning the apartment once a week, performing necessary repairs of devices during the Guest’s absence, and in his presence only when he expresses such a wish.

§5 GUESTS’ LIABILITY

  1. Children under 12 years of age should be on the premises of Stary Port Apartments under the constant supervision of legal guardians. Legal guardians are financially liable for any damage caused as a result of the children’s actions.
  2. The Guest of the Apartments is fully financially liable for any damage or destruction of the equipment and technical devices of the Apartments, caused by his fault or the fault of the people staying with him. The Accommodation Facility reserves the right to charge the Guest’s credit card for damage caused after his departure.
  3. In the event of a breach of the provisions of the Regulations, the Accommodation Facility may refuse to provide services to the person who violates them. Such a person is obliged to immediately comply with the requests of the Accommodation Facility, settle the amount due for previous services, pay for any damage and leave the Apartments.
  4. Each time a Guest leaves the apartment, for safety reasons, they should turn off the TV, turn off the lights, turn off all electrical devices, turn off the taps, close the windows and lock the doors.zamknąć drzwi na klucz.

 

§6 NIGHT QUIET

  1. The Apartments are subject to night quiet from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

 

§7 ADDITIONAL PROVISIONS

  1. Animals are not allowed.
  2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartments and the entire facility.
  3. Failure to comply with the smoking ban will result in a fee of PLN 500.
  4. It is not allowed to store dangerous goods in the apartments – weapons and ammunition, flammable, explosive and illuminating materials.
  5. The Guest consents to the storage and processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (Journal of Laws of 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended) by Apartamen
